Welcome to The River House. Nestled along the Sturgeon River close to the heart of Indian River. This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a sofa bed, this home sleeps 10 and features a private dock, hot tub, firepit, and deck with stunning views. The perfect family getaway with baby gear, a sandbox, and plenty of space to unwind. Swim right off the dock, soak under the stars, or explore nearby Indian River, Mackinac Island, and Petoskey. Located between the Pigeon and Indian Rivers, this spot is also a fishing haven.

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Pa's Retreat a Cozy Cottage for Fishing Families

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

Mackinaw City is a short drive away & a visit to the island is a must. If you prefer dry ground, explore the vast trail system or the area golf courses. A perfect location to enjoy all seasons.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.

The space is light and airy with ceiling fans and has central heat and air for your comfort. Enjoy the pastoral view from the sunroom, cook in the well equipped kitchen, and enjoy your beverages from the wine fridge. There is a 55" Smart TV with a Xumo streaming device with Spectum TV and WiFi.
