Garden Cottage is a beautiful space in Modern Farmhouse design. The navy kitchen has a farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, coffee & cocktail bar. Lovely bathroom with European tile & vintage wall sink. Laundry, Westin Heavenly king bed & 43” TV. Fenced backyard with BBQ, hammock & dining tables set admis a large flower and vegetable garden. The Bunkie is the former garden shed and sits right beside the Garden Cottage. Combine this rental with "Family Cottage @ Horner Park" for larger groups.

A quiet rural setting, but close to everything you need: biking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wineries, golf, tennis, and of course...restaurants and shops. Also close to Shawnigan Lake School, Brentwood College and St. John's Academy. Extensive back lawn area for badminton, bocce ball or croquet...or just hanging out. One queen bed, but also a very comfy leather couch that can be used for a third person, best suited for a teen or adult. The suite is not setup for small children.

The University of Victoria is a short walk. You have your own private, contained suite, with parking on site and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the smell of the ocean and relax in the modern, comfy surroundings.

2 Bedroom Caddy Bay Suite

Steps to beach, Cadboro Bay village with grocery store, pub, surf shop, Coffee shop & restaurant. 15 min drive to downtown Victoria. Bright, clean 2 bedroom garden suite with tile and wood flooring throughout. Private ground level patio. Private laundry in the suite.There are elevation changes between living room, bedrooms and bathroom so the suite is not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers.
