Great penthouse in the most historic part of Cádiz, set over the Roman Amphitheatre and only 100m from the Cathedral. It comes with its own terrace with a hot tub and outdoor seating, perfect to chill out. We also offer two scooters that you can use to travel around the city. There’s an open plan kitchen with all the appliances, living room with TV, Wi-fi and dining area leading directly onto the terrace. This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Der schachbrettartige Marmorboden und die Holzdeckenbalken verleihen der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme. Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden. XVIII century old palace in the medieval town of Jerez de la Frontera with more than 10.000 builded square feets. Builded by General Sánchez Mira, former Governor of Cuba when it was part of the Spanish Crown. It has 6 double bedrooms, each one with his own bathroom, four of them in suite, hall, two sitting rooms, dinning room, two different kitchens,main saloon, library, meeting room, court-yard with indoors swimming pool, garden, garage for 3/4 medium cars, etc.

Från vardagsrum, matrum och det stora sovrummet kan man se ut över torget med sina träd, små statyer och fontäner . I vissa av träden bor fina gröna parakiter. Jag hoppas att du känner dig "hemma" i min lägenhet som är mitt hem under vintermånaderna.
