Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Located in the pedestrian centre of Castagneto Carducci, garden apartment with amazing view toward the valley and the sea. The apartment has own big garden with BBQ and large terrace for dining. The property is high-standard furnished and has an independent entrance from the garden. Two bedrooms. Toll Parking 1' min walking, free parking 3' walking. Basic services (pharmacy, banks with ATM, food shops) are available at walking distance in the village center.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Dependance immersa nel giardino di un tipico podere toscano, siamo nella campagna di Marina di Castagneto Carducci vicina al mare raggiungibile a piedi o in bici percorrendo l’adiacente pista ciclabile per ca. 2 km. Una camera spaziosa con bagno en suite e letto matrimoniale, ingresso indipendente e ampio giardino a disposizione. Rifugio perfetto per viaggiatori che cercano uno spazio tranquillo, romantico e rilassante.
