Hardwood floors, fenced-in back yard with deck and grill, small full kitchen. Dining table seats 6. Nice SmartTV with Netflix and access to internet apps and Samsung FreeTv. No smoking, please. One bathroom on ground floor.

Very spacious bathroom, fully functional kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and workspace in the bedroom. This house is one of a kind!
