Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. Relax with your full family at this peaceful place to stay for who are traveling to Buffalo. Place is PET FREE. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Closed to Airport, Downtown, Gallery Mall. Also you will find walking distance restaurants, Central Park, Hospital, Library etc. You will feel safe because of the quiet & secure; Nice and clean area and close to everything. Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, steps away from Allen St. The front door opens to a small park that was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted in 1887.

Sleeps-5 we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own key entry Couch in living room , roll away bed. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

This cozy, centrally-located studio/1BR is in the heart of Allentown. It is 2 blocks from the new medical campus, five minutes from downtown, five minutes from Elmwood Village, and two minutes from all the bars of Allentown. It is across the street from many of the shops in Allentown. We are passionate about Buffalo and would love to host you and help make your Buffalo experience special. FYI, the unit can be noisy at night, especially on the weekend, and is on the third floor.
