We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

The property is located less than 300 meters from Oxford Street which has a fantastic selection of cafes and restaurants. It is also an ideal base to explore Brisbane, as it is only a short walk to the Bulimba ferry terminal - not to mention various transportation options. There is also secure parking for one vehicle and free parking on the street if you have additional cars.

My cosy quirky apartment is situated in Fortitude Valley. The convenience of its location is most definitely a drawcard. A secure undercover carpark, wifi are also included. I personally greet my guests when they arrive as there is nowhere safe in the complex to leave the key.
