Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Garden House

Relax in our beautiful, comfortable & tranquil garden house. There is a king size bed with memory foam topper in the office/bedroom and a single bed in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Separate shower room/toilet. Kitchenette with fridge freezer, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & microwave &/or Airfryer as required (NB there is no cooker & no sofa). There is a TV but you will need a fire stick or similar to use. Strictly no smoking, vaping or burning of incense inside.
