This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. There is also a sleeper sofa that will accommodate an additional 1-2 guests. The complex is located at 1129 11th Street, within the golf cart district, and is convenient to lots of shopping and dining options. There is also a large pool, play area for kids and walking path to the beach.

All reservations require the primary guest be 25 years of age or older. This ocean front 2nd floor condo has amazing ocean view and sunrises. It has been completely remodeled in 2019. We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts. Come listen to the waves and smell the salt air from the balcony.
