Manistee River cabin

A cozy cabin over looking the Manistee River on a very safe & peaceful private drive. There are many launch sites for rafting, kayaking and canoeing nearby. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. Also with a three night stay we will drop you off or pick you up using your canoes or kayaks. Pictures are current.

"River Rock Cabin" on the Betsie River

I am the “River Rock Cabin". I sit atop the banks of the Betsie River, a few miles from Crystal Mountain. Some of my features are my kitchen, wood floors and log furniture. My unique finishes include my stair rail, my fish, and my river rock kitchen back splash hence my name. If you stay with me, I have 4 beds, cable tv and Wi-Fi. My outdoor amenities include a fire pit, patio, picnic table, chairs and a grill. You can access the river from my doorstep, however, please do this at your own risk.

Guests love Crystal Mountain, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, biking, hiking, golfing, and lazy days at Lake Michigan! Dining and libation choices nearby. Sleeps up to 8 (2 Queen beds, 2 full and 2 twin). Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and coffee pot, washer and dryer on premises. TV and high speed internet, indoor gas fireplace or outdoor fire pit. AC in the summer. Artesian well/filled water.

Relax & play at the cozy Betsie River Log Cabin. We work hard to make your stay the best. The cabin is on the Betsie River in Thompsonville, MI, 5 miles from Crystal Mountain Ski & Golf & Spa Resort. Within 30 min of Frankfort/Lk Michigan, Traverse City , Beulah/Crystal Lake, & approx 20 min from Interlochen Music Camp. Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator/new baby gear on sight.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

The cabin is located 1.5 miles from Crystal Mountain, 15 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes, and biking right from the cabin, restaurants and dining are within 1 mile. Renters have loved the place because of the location to Crystal Mountain, the cozy cabin, easy access to the dunes, Traverse City, and isolated from the crowds.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children 2 years and older). During any holiday there is a 3-day​ minimum requirement to stay. Children
