The house is located in the village of Rore, at an altitude of 900 meters, in Valle Varaita. It enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and is surrounded by nature. It has a private garden, enjoys extreme tranquility and there are a total of 4 places. Rore is a village with a rich history; here, there is a culturally significant center where exhibitions on local tradition are often held. Nearby, there is a beautiful network of trails, shelters, and restaurants with different tastes.

The Tesi’s country house is a cozy independent apartment locate in San Germano, a perfect location to explore the pristine Val Chisone. It is a lovely ground floor unit that spleeps up to 5 people. It features 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Private parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an extra bed for 1 child. Possiede una grande terrazza, un giardino ed un prato dove in estate viene posizionata una piscina. E’ possibile parcheggiare comodamente la propria auto. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata, ma comoda ai servizi.

Situata a dieci minuti dal cuore del paese la nostra Borgata rappresenta un'incantevole terrazza affacciata sul Monviso e sulla Valle circostante. I frutteti di proprietà familiare e la ricca vegetazione costituiscono il luogo ideale per sieste e passeggiate dove poter riscoprire il contatto con la natura. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di una villetta bifamiliare di recente ristrutturazione. In loco è disponibile un piccolo spazio per il ricovero di eventuali biciclette.
