This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

A short drive to Michigan’s Adventure amusement/water park, golf, & downtown events make this the perfect vacation spot! Take a 12 min drive to Michigan Adventure or 22 min drive to Lake Michigan. You will find the lake house cozy and everything you need during your vacation. The lake is sprayed for swimmer's itch and weed control with a 24 hour no swim rule once a season. That date is unknown as it is determined by the environmental company and out of our control.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Our cottage is footsteps from the lake, beach and dock. Only minutes to Duck Lake State Park and Lake Michigan beaches. Perfect for a great getaway to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. It’s not just a summer place, come enjoy the fall colors with incredible views of Duck Lake State Park. The cottage is equipped with kayaks,canoes ,peddle boats and a stand-up paddleboard. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed property.
