Relax on the deck, beach, or take a swim at this tranquil retreat house. Enjoy kayaking or paddleboarding from Middle Lake to East Twin Lake. Take a 12 min drive to Michigan Adventure or 22 min drive to Lake Michigan. You will find the lake house cozy and everything you need during your vacation. The lake is sprayed for swimmer's itch and weed control with a 24 hour no swim rule once a season. That date is unknown as it is determined by the environmental company and out of our control.

For your convenience, there’s a microwave, a mini fridge, and a Keurig with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Our cottage is footsteps from the lake, beach and dock. Only minutes to Duck Lake State Park and Lake Michigan beaches. Perfect for a great getaway to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. It’s not just a summer place, come enjoy the fall colors with incredible views of Duck Lake State Park. The cottage is equipped with kayaks,canoes ,peddle boats and a stand-up paddleboard. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed property.

D & R Country Cottage

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful, secluded cottage. Five minutes from US 31 highway and Whitehall yet completely in a country setting. Fifteen minutes from Michigan Adventures, Bluelake Fine Arts Camp and Owasippe Boy Scout camp. Close to the Manistee National forest. We are 10 minutes from quaint Whitehall, Whitelake and Montague Michigan. Lake Michigan beaches are just 15 minutes away.
