Rothes Road Apartment

A stylish apartment located in a sought after conservation area. It is situated only a short walk from Dorking town centre with its independent shops, Michelin starred restaurant and traditional pubs. The apartment is a calm and peaceful place, a wonderful place to unwind, it looks out over Meadowbank park and Mill pond. Boxhill, Denbies Vineyard or Polseden Lacey are nearby. Alternatively take a trip up to London, Dorking Station is a 7 minute walk with frequent trains to Central London.

Alternately relax in the Bars, Cafes and Restaurants that Dorking offers. The Cottage has a secure courtyard garden and lockup for Cycles and Pushchairs. Cycle and Hiking routes all close by. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.
