Only 45 minutes to SLC Airport, 25 minutes to Snowbasin, and 30 minutes to Powder Mountain. You get full access to the main floor which features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one queen sleeper sofa in family room, full gourmet kitchen, laundry room, back balcony, driveway, and all main floor areas.

It’s nestled on the shores of Pineview Reservoir for summer fun and just a 10-20 min drive to two major ski resorts, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Come and water ski, snow ski, mountain bike or hike and then relax on the deck in the private hot tub and enjoy the beautiful views. Two bedroom, two bath, pull-out sofa bed.
