Come relax in this bright & spacious 1 bedroom detached unit with private entrance. This room has a king bed, fireplace, full bathroom, table & chairs, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, closet ,dresser, Tv and beautiful mountain views. La Jolla Beaches, downtown San Diego, the Zoo, and Sea World are 25 minutes away. Santee Lakes is just a short drive away where you can enjoy fishing, paddle boating, splash park, biking and picnic area. Mission Gorge Trails is also located just 5 minutes away.

MIKE'S PLACE - A PRIVATE COTTAGE

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi . Cable HDTV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Studio granny flat w/full bath. Large windows front & back giving great natural light. Located at the end of a dead-end private drive. The 420 sq ft space includes a 65" HD TV w/DirectTV service, high speed wireless & wired internet, kitchenette w/convection cook microwave, fridge/freezer, w/many other extras. Unit was recently remodeled with new furniture. 1 Queen bed, dbl recliners, & dinette. (Also, the picture of the front of our property is not accurate - Airbnb uses Google photos 😕)

It includes a comfortable workspace with charging ports & a reclining loveseat along with a brand new gel memory foam queen bed.

Guesthouse near SDSU in Upscale Area - Cal King

Our professionally cleaned Studio Guest House comes complete with kitchenette, dining and sitting area, and a Sealy Posturepedic cal king bed.  At 360 square feet, the guesthouse is attached to our main house where we live and has a private entrance with self-check in and no shared access. It's the perfect place to wind down from your days adventure; conveniently located near SDSU in a safe, quiet family neighborhood. All San Diego attractions are only a short drive away.

We may not be on the beach, but we're pretty darn close! Located in San Diego's Encanto neighborhood, this modern and private suite is a great spot for vacationers, workcationers, or anyone looking to experience the city like a local. While a car is mandatory to see all that San Diego has to offer, we are very close to a trolly that can get you downtown and adjacent areas. Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.

We are 20 min to the beach, or relax and enjoy the pool! Close to SDSU and easy freeway access to anywhere in San Diego.
