We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Rejuvenate in this cozy 1-bedroom condo w/ 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs. Located just outside downtown Traverse City, you’ll be close to beaches (less than 1 mile), trails, & downtown life. Once you stroll through the door, you’ll feel charmed by the handmade woodworking and unique touches your local hosts curated for you. This quiet corner unit boasts high ceilings & oversized windows, giving an airy feel. The space is perfect for 2 with a king bed, but cozy for 4 with the pullout sofa.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Rustic cabin originally built in 1951, less than a mile from Elk Rapids and 12 miles from downtown Traverse City! Boat launches and beaches in every direction. I want to reiterate the rustic aspect. The cabin is old. The tile is marked in places, the carpet weathered. The places has..character.
