בית כפרי ביישוב הפסטורלי שלפים בעמק המעיינות. בבית ארבעה חדרי שינה- יחידת הורים עם מקלחת ושירותים צמודים, חדר נוסף עם מיטה וחצי ומתאים לזוג, שני חדרי ילדים, אחד עם מיטת קומותיים והשני עם מיטת יחיד נפתחת. ניתן להוסיף מיטת תינוק. בחדרים משחקי ילדים רבים + מתקן נינג'ה. גינה מרווחת ומדשאה. בגינה שתי פינות ישיבה, בפרגולה הקידמית פינת זולה ובפרגולה מאחור שולחן ישיבה גדול. אופניים בגדלים שונים לטיול בעמק לרשות האורחים. מנגל גז בגינה. מטבח כשר. לאורחים שומרי שבת – ניתן לתאם יציאה במוצ”ש בהתאם לזמינות.

הדירה בבר אילן נכס יחודי ומיוחד במינו. בדירה יש ממ״ד כ13 מטר מרובע ואפשר לישון בביטחה עם ארון בגדים ענק וטלויזה 55 lg בעל גינה עצומה, ג׳קוזי חוץ מקורה ופרטי. אפשרות לעד 3 חדרי שינה בתוספת תשלום בדירה יש כל מה שצריך על מנת להנות מחופשה מיטבית כמובן שבנכס יש מטבח ענק בעל כל הדרישות תמי 4, מקרר ענק, מיקרוגל ,מכונת אספרסו מציעים נקיים , שמיכות מגבות ומוצרי הגיינה הנכס מותאם גם לשומרי שבת( יש אפשרות לספק פלטה, המקרר יכול לכבות את האור , מפתחות לנכס ולהוסיף עוד חדרי שינה) הדירה נגישה לנכים
