Welcome to a private oasis. Unplug and connect with nature in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful natural landscape. Our country guest suite has a queen size bed and optional twin bed for a third guest. Kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker, cooktop and microwave. Coffee, tea and purified water provided. Private en-suite bathroom and shower. Outside you will find your private patio with a chaise lounge and sitting areas. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, wineries and casinos.

You’ll love this peaceful and centrally-located space, minutes from the heart of Vista’s bustling restaurant & microbrewery scene (5 min away) and the beaches of Oceanside and Carlsbad (15 min away). This one room attached studio has its own entrance, private bathroom, queen sized bed, full refrigerator, kitchen essentials (including toaster and microwave), TV with streaming capabilities, and original wood burning stove! Surrounded by trees and chirping birds, there’s no place better in Vista!

MIKE'S PLACE - A PRIVATE COTTAGE

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi . Cable HDTV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Private Apartment

This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom. Enjoy your privacy during your stay! * Sorry, I am unable to accommodate long term stays * there are safety concerns with assistance animals as current dog on premise is aggressive towards other animals.*
