Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Trotz Souterrain‑Lage ist das Appartement hell, ruhig und bietet einen Gartenblick. Für Privatsphäre ist das Appartement durch eine lichtdurchflutete Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt.

Parking outside. Open air swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and train station within walking distance.

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
