Lapwings is a 3 bed 1st floor apartment situated in a prime position being just a 2 minute walk from the amazing sea front with its 2 miles of sandy beach and Exmouth Marina which offers fishing and boat trips, birdwatching trips and water Taxi’s to Dawlish Warren and the Famous River Exe water cafe. Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
