Gameroom and private hot tub! The host resides on a separate building about a quarter acre away. He's rarely around and you'll have total privacy. You have access to all amenities without any sharing with Cory or anyone else.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.
