This artistic furnished house is independent on a Tuscany hill. There are NO OTHER GUESTS! The private swimming pool stays above the olive trees. There are upstairs 2 (small) bedrooms for 4 p. with bathroom and downstairs a shower/toilet, the living with a grand PIANO and the well equipped kitchen. f you want the WHOLE villa, then look at the other announcement for up to 8 p., because there are two more double rooms in the basement. Also with 1-4 p. you can rent them paying extra.

Drom Campuccio Double room

Drom Campuccio is a brand new room of the B & B located in the residence of the owner Claudia and is located in the final part of the beautiful and equipped Court-Garden, shared with other guests, which is accessed from Via dei Serragli. A small entrance with a small table for breakfast, leads into the bedroom and into the private bathroom. Drom Campuccio has a relaxing atmosphere, with its pale green walls and rural paintings that recall the nature in a small field (a small field).

Nel cuore di Firenze, Camera 2 con vasca offre un’atmosfera intima e rilassante. Il design contemporaneo essenziale si unisce a materiali naturali, piante curate e dettagli in ferro, creando un ambiente armonioso. The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery.... FREE WI-FI, air condition in the bedrooms and washmachine, wash dishes, hair dry.... if you need more than one apartment in the same area ask me! I will send you the link of the 2nd apartment in the same building! PARKING AGREEMENT at 5 minutes from the apartment.
