Here you can also enjoy seasonal events such as the Saturday Farmer’s Market, summer concert series & winter ice rink. Take one of our paddle boards out on the American River, within walking distance of the house.

Come stay at our brand new custom home in El Dorado Hills - just completed in 2024! We are walking distance from Folsom Lake and less than an hour and a half from skiing in South Lake Tahoe. You'll love the upscale features throughout the house - we spared no expense. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the views from the house are incredible. We are fully permitted with El Dorado County (#082189) for a max nightly occupancy of 6 adults (children 6 and over).
