Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

Insgesamt können wir 15 Personen in unserer Anlage beherbergen. Ein gemütliches kleines Restaurant mit ruhiger Bar befindet sich gleich nebenan.

This is one of the most unique places you could stay anywhere in Nicaragua. The cabin is on an eco-friendly working farm dedicated to biodiversity. We are located just 5 km outside of Granada on the highway to Masaya. From the farm you can see 5 different volcanoes and Lake Nicaragua. Your stay will go directly to planting trees. At present we have over 130 species of trees. You can hike to Laguna de Apoyo in one hour! The cabin has a private/indoor full bath.

Colonial House "La Gran Sultana"

Welcome to "La Gran Sultana", a colonial house rebuilt in 2002 with a patio garden and a pool. It can host up to 12 people in 4 rooms (there is an extra room with a queen bed w/o aircon). The house is located 2 blocks from Main Square. In 2025, we have made important improvement with new furnitures:mirror, beds, TV set and Kitchen equipment, improved decoration in the rooms and the patio +1 piece stunning wooden table to eat. Villa Laguna is an exclusive private villa located in a secluded area of the Laguna de Apoyo Natural Reserve, offering families and groups of up to 22 people the opportunity to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of the lagoon.
