Lakeside Cottage & Bunkhouse in Lake Wabasis Woods

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A completely renovated bungalow w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis. The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). There's also a backyard bunkhouse. The Loon's Nest is very dog-welcoming. The yards are not fenced, but we provide ground stakes & cables. Additionally, guests enjoy the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting).

Kitchen and living area are bordered by windows offering panoramic views of the lake and opposing park. 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a large bedroom on the first floor with an en suite and office area. This luxurious 5500 square foot Lake Michigan beach homes sits on a beautiful 2 acre "estate like" setting directly on Lake Michigan. The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, central air, pool table, heated inground pool, hot tub, gas grill, firepit patio, gazebo, basketball hoop, and large deck with two patios sets. The family chef will love the large kitchen complete with double oven and 6 burner gas stove and well stocked kitchen. This is a true gem and offers everything.

Cabin in the Woods

The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
