The local owners do all the cleaning, communication, and are personally on call nearby, to avoid the pitfalls associated with absentee landlords. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. 1.5 Baths, dining room and piano to boot. Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.
