It offers access to the Wellness Spa for those looking to relax, extra costs apply starting at £25 pp for private access to the hot tub, or £50 pp for the Spa. Our beautiful Victorian building is just a 4 minute walk to town and the beach so a perfect location for you to walk and enjoy leaving the car. We have created a home to home feel so everyone feels welcome, the best comfortably beds and a warm cosy atmosphere. Everyone is welcome. The guest kitchen is for your room only. Available until 10pm. Strictly not after as fire regulations with kitchen & also limiting noise for above guests. However, quiet time in the lounge before 12 midnight is ok

Make yourself at home in this ground floor double en suite room with king-sized bed. This room has its own entrance at the rear of the building and once was a Victorian stable block. Luxuriate in the en suite bathroom which has a vaulted ceiling with skylight. Lounge in the small patio garden, which has a table and chairs. This makes it an ideal room for pet dogs. Dogs welcome! Pet-friendly room with garden patio. Bring your dog for a small charge of £10 per dog per night, max 2 medium dogs.
