The Music Inn - Entire Private Guest Suite

The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Cozy Green Hills apartment (1 mi from Lipscomb U.)

Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Couples love the quiet retreat from a full day of touring the city. Musicians love the upright piano and woody surroundings. And ALL are welcome!
