We have lovely walks right from the door, it's perfect for exploring historic Kent and there's easy access to trains to London & Europe. Lots of books & games, a piano, guitar & drums for music lovers, pool table & darts. Ideal for couples or larger families.

A beautiful log cabin set in a private 10-acre spot with stunning farmland views. Relax in your own private hot tub while alpacas roam freely nearby. Whether it’s a peaceful break with your partner or a family getaway where little ones can run free, there’s something for everyone. Feed the alpacas, sheep and goats if animals are your thing. A local pub is just a short walk away, with several great pubs within a 5–10 minute drive. Not far from us is the big cat sanctuary and Leeds castle.

Biggin Farm bungalow

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful kent countryside, but still have great access to road and rail networks. Only half a mile away is the newly opened Wishful Thinker pub and restaurant. 1mile away is the village of Lenham, the picturesque square has 2 public houses, a couple of restaurants and a tea room. Historic and beautiful Leeds castle is only 4 miles away and the city of Canterbury is 23miles. Lenham has rail link to London and Ashford. 4.5 miles to junction M20 junction 8.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. Self-contained luxury annex

The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use. Sorry we can not accommodate children/infants. Located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, 10 mins walk to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle /Euro tunnel/Dover ferry port/London via train The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Northdown Lodge

We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance). Whatever your preference, you wont be disappointed.

The Oast Cottage: Private Annex with own entrance.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
