Spacious & newly renovated apartment in lower part of villa, close to beaches and the Copenhagen tourist attractions. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

Our home is on the 1st floor of an old quaint townhouse with a small shared garden. Located 5 min. from a big park (Fælledparken) and right in between the popular areas of Nørrebro and Østerbro - right next to the new metro line (vibenshus runddel st.) and just 10 minutes from the city center. Very convenient location in terms of public transportation. We are blessed with very friendly and helpful neighbours and a very quiet neighbourhood. No smoking inside please! Feel free to use the garden.

Lejligheden ligger på 2. sal og er rummelig, hyggelig og lys. Lejligheden er for nylig istandsat. Helt nye lækre senge og nyt badeværelse . Der er gratis parkering 5-10 minutters gang fra lejligheden og ellers betaling på gaden. Roligt og trygt. Vi bor selv i huset og glæder os til at udleje til dig

Lejligheden er ideel til 2 gæster, og der er mulig for opredning til en ekstra gæst på sovesofaen i stuen. Fælledparken ligger i nærheden af lejligheden. Der er også gode bus- og metroforbindelser til centrum.

If you want to be close to the beach, enjoy fresh air, trees and a quiet neighbourhood, but still be a 7 k bike ride from Kgs. Nytorv (center of Cph) - then this a perfect match.🐬🌼 At the end of the street you have a small beach, and again around the corner a small cozy harbour. Just at the end of the street (opposite of the sea) is the Main Street, which is full of shops of all sorts; supermarkets, bakeries, takeaways , cafés and ice cream shops. 😋

Østerbro is known for its trendy cafes, charming boutiques, and excellent restaurants.

Lejligheden består af et lille køkken, hvor du sagtens kan lave lidt let mad, køleskab, og Airfryer. Du har eget toilet og bad. Der er en spiseplads t 3, og en seng. (120’er)
