My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

The Allegheny Highlands Trail is just 2 blocks from the front door and the river runs right by the house. Perfect location for hanging out by the campfire or just cuddling on the comfy couch.

Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, TV, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Dogs only for a fee.
