Villa Rosen Vacation Home With A Private Yard

A private unit and yard inside a complex of a villa in the north of Tel Aviv. The unit is well designed and comfortable with a silence like you are in the village.. The villa is located not far from Ramat Hayal and Assuta Hospita,Park Yarkon Concert Center and Expo exhibitionsl. You can find free parking right in front of the villa and there is a municipal parking lot at a cost of NIS 30 for 24 hours. You will find public transportation in all directions in Tel Aviv at the exit of the villa.

'צימר אופק׳ הוא אחד מבין שלושת הצימרים במתחם שלנו. ממוקם בלב שכונת כפר סבא הירוקה, סמוך לרעננה, הרצליה ותל אביב השכנות. הצימר משפחתי ומרווח, מושלם למשפחה של זוג פלוס אחד/שניים. ביחידה מטבח מאובזר, שירותים פרטיים, מרפסת נוחה ובקיצור, תחושה של בית. במתחם חנייה צמודה בחינם, וכניסה נפרדת דרך מדרגות/מעלית (מונגש לנכים). אנו נמצאים בקרבת בית חולים מאיר ורחוב ויצמן המרכזי. באיזור יש מספר סופרמרקטים, גישה לקווי אוטובוס רבים ולכביש 4. בואו לנקות את הראש, למצוא פינה שקטה בעיר, והכי חשוב- להרגיש בבית.

The fruit garden guesthouse :)

This is an enchanting guesthouse, well sized and furnished, located in the heart of the lovely Sharon region, just a few Kilometers from the mediterranean sea. Outside you can enjoy the beautiful private garden where you can have breakfast accompanied with chirping birds or dinner with candles and moonlight, afterwards you can use your private, romantic hot tub or enjoy the pool in the front garden. We also have free parking. The entire place is completely private and only yours!

ברוכים הבאים לגסטהאוס נוף ים , בלב שכונת נוף ים בהרצליה יחידת אירוח זוגית נעימה ומרווחת, עם כניסה נפרדת מעל בית פרטי, באזור שקט ופסטורלי. במרחק הליכה קצר מחוף סידני עלי היפהפה ומהמרכז המסחרי השכונתי. היחידה משתרעת על שתי קומות: בקומת הכניסה מטבח מאובזר, פינת אוכל ומרפסת קטנה הפונה לחורשת אקליפטוס. בקומה העליונה – לופט פתוח עם מיטה זוגית, סלון עם טלוויזיה, וחדר שירותים/מקלחת מופרד בקיר זכוכית חלבית. בין הקומות גרם מדרגות מעץ תלול שילוב מושלם של נוחות, שלווה וקרבה לים.

יחידת אירוח כפרית ומקסימה בלב פתח תקווה, המבטיחה חוויה אותנטית ושלווה בעיר. מקום מושלם למי שמחפש לשלב בין נוחות, שקט, וקרבה לכל מוקדי העניין המרכזיים בעיר. במרחק הליכה קצר מאוד תמצאו מכולת מסודרת, סופרמרקט, מספרה, פארקים ירוקים, בתי כנסת, מוזיאון אומנות, גן חיות. בתי החולים שניידר ובלינסון נמצאים 5 דקות הליכה. היחידה נמצאת גם במרחק הליכה לקניון הגדול, ב.ס.ר, יכין סנטר, לרכבת הקלה לתל אביב וכ-20 דקות נסיעה מנתב"ג. יש חנייה ברחוב ללא תשלום (לא נדרש להפעיל פנגו).

"A little house on the prairie". Set in a beautiful garden, The beach is a 5 min walk. The house is built in an open plan rustic style and has all the amenities you need. Air-conditioned, cable TV, Free WIFI, bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped for making meals. It has a full-size fridge, microwave and an electrical hob. In a short walking distance you'll find: restaurants, cafes, diving, tennis and surfing clubs.

Quiet and cozy two Room flat with A small front yard and private parking (Locked with electric gate) The flat is fully furnished with a new comfortable queen size bed + 2 Sofas which can be opened to 1 double bed&2 single beds! Ethernet + WiFi connection, smart TV, channels app (NextTV) & Netflix. 5 minutes walk from a local Supermarket. Bus stop 30 meters away to Herzliya train station\city center\IDC private college.

The Garden House

Small and cosy studio in a pastoral garden in a peaceful neighborhood. The garden house is surrounded by a big garden with mango, olive, grapefruit, loquat, grapes, mandarin and lemon trees, vegetables and herbs that your welcome to use. We have a hammock, swing and garden furniture. And let’s not forget the birds and cats walking around. We hope to see you soon 😊.

Little house in the orchard

The decor resembles a small house in the countryside, full of light, quiet and surrounded by trees. The studio has been remodeled lately and refurnished. We enjoy having people over to experience the place with our big backyard.
