Casa Grotto, Romantic Stone Cottage w/ Ocean Views

Perched 800ft above sea level with panoramic ocean views from La Jolla to Catalina Island, Casa Grotto is a unique stone studio carved into the ocean view hillside of Lake San Marcos . Built in the 80's using stone from the mountain, the space was updated in 2025 with modern touches—featuring a rock shower, full kitchen, AC, and gym. Just 20 minutes from the beach, it’s a dreamy escape for surfers, hikers, and couples looking for a romantic getaway. No pets—our two friendly boxers live on-site

Our casita is a newly remodeled guest house on an incredibly beautiful landscaped property filled with the owners' colorful artwork. It is located behind our home, but our guests just love it because you have total privacy including your own private patio and it is very peaceful and quiet. Close to beaches, Temecula wine country, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and more, in a quiet country setting. 3 minutes from two market/delis (one with a bar and live music) and only 5 minutes from I-15 freeway.

You’ll love this peaceful and centrally-located space, minutes from the heart of Vista’s bustling restaurant & microbrewery scene (5 min away) and the beaches of Oceanside and Carlsbad (15 min away). This one room attached studio has its own entrance, private bathroom, queen sized bed, full refrigerator, kitchen essentials (including toaster and microwave), TV with streaming capabilities, and original wood burning stove! Surrounded by trees and chirping birds, there’s no place better in Vista!

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Luna Dome

Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.
