My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Ferienwohnung Aksu

Unser Haus liegt im Zentrum von Hochfilzen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um im Sommer Wander-, Fahrrad- oder Mountainbike-Touren zu unternehmen. Im Winter liegt das Skigebiet Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm für Alpin-Ski nur 5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Langlaufloipen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof ist in unmittellbarer Nähe. Kurtaxe Euro 2,80 pro Person pro Nacht extra bei der Ankunft bar zu bezahlen sb November 2025 wird auf 3,90€ erhöht.

A teljesen felszerelt Konyha (sütö,mosogatógép,kv automata,kenyérpirító,vízforraló,indukciós fözölap) a konfortot szolgálja. A fürdö kialakítása (Zuhany+esöztetõ,hajszárító) garantálja a felfrissülést. A tágas nappali vagy a terasz kényelmes pihenést biztosít. Vendégeink korlátlanul használhatják Szaunánkat,Jakuzzit ès a külsö élmény medencéket,jakuzzi és ellenáramlat funkciòval!!!!!
