Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Welcome to your coast house! Walk to the water in sunny downtown Rockport. Cute modern casita with high end furnishings. 2 bedroom 2 bath house with additional twin day bed. 3 blocks walk to the water with slight water views from the back porch. Walking distance -5 blocks to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, wine bars & a short 1.4 mile walk to the Rockport beach. Perfect quiet getaway in the adjacent neighborhood to downtown, so you are close to all the fun, but peace and quiet at home.

Casa Verde #2, 1bdrm, Spanish Village, Dog ok

Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at this cottage nestled in the heart of old town. Walking distance to popular shops, nightlife, and restaurants. The beach is 1/2 mile away. Beach street is one block north of Spanish village and the closest beach access road. Good dogs are welcome, $10 per night/per pet. This cottage is registered with the city of Port Aransas as an STR. We will collect the local hotel tax, which is 9% of the room rate. STR # 009758. Airbnb collects the state occupancy tax.

You can stare out at the water while on a zoom meeting or drop a line into the canal to try to catch your dinner. If fishing for glorious sunrises and sunsets is your preferred catch, the views of Salt Lake are yours for the taking from the back deck. Enjoy the breeze off the canal on a hot summer day with an outdoor shower to rinse off. Relax and stay a while.

Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
