La struttura è immersa nel verde. Tramite una stradina esclusivamente pedonale si raggiunge la spiaggia delle Calanchiole a 400 mt (spiaggia in sabbia fine adatta ai bambini, sia libera che parzialmente attrezzata). A 700 mt si trova la famosa spiaggia di Lido di Capoliveri. Oltre che per il mare l'isola è molto ricercata dagli amanti del trekking e delle mountain bike. Si possono inoltre praticare sport caratteristici come windsurf, vela, diving, snorkeling e pesca sportiva. CHECK OUT DOMENICA.

Das Haus befindet sich im antiken Stadtteil,. Kino- Set fuer die Folgen der ‚Delikte des Barlume‘ gedreht, eine italienische Krimiserie die im Herzen der Toskana spielt. Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Bar a 50 m, moltissimi ristoranti a 150 m. appartamento adatto anche a chi viaggia senza auto fermata bus a 100 m.Posizione strategica per visitare le miniere di Calamita,ottima soluzione per motociclisti e ciclisti.Parcheggio moto comunale libero proprio vicinissimo 10 m.Il tramonto la sera dal terrazzo è stupendo.Non ha Riscaldamento.Dal 01/10 al 04/10/21 cii sono ordinananzeche limitano il traffico e strade chiuse causa manifestazioni sportive.
