Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

The family-friendly holiday accommodation "Hochzillertal Gartenwohnung" is located in Kaltenbach and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom of which is on the 1st floor) and 4 bathrooms, thus offering space for 8 people. Another sofa bed for 2 additional children would be available in one of the bedrooms. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN, heating and a TV.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser friedlichen Oase. Am Eingang des Zillertals mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Unterkunft wurde 2024 neu in ein Bauernhaus integriert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einer Wohnküche mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch. In der Küche findest du alle Utensilien und Geräte, die du zum Kochen brauchst. Auch ein Geschirrspüler ist eingebaut und ein großer Esstisch steht parat.

In unserem Studio findest Du die perfekte Base für Deine Freiluft Abenteuer, nur 3min. Fußweg von der Finkenberger Almbahn! Es ist ein größeres helles Zimmer mit sehr gut und neuwertig eingerichteterKüchenzeile, Dusche WC und großem Balkon wo Du am Nachmittag die Sonne und den Blick auf die Berge genießen kannst. Am Morgen stelle ich Dir auf Wunsch frische Brötchen vor die Tür. Mit der Natur im Herzen freuen wir uns auf Dich!

Our country house is located in a very quiet but central location. The ski areas Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen are easily reachable by skibus. In summer we are the ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!
