We would like to welcome you to our newly modern refurbished and fully equipped apartment in old Villa Eufemia from 18th century located on the main street to Kanafanar and 100m from the centar with market,pharmacy itd.. The app is on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom ( bed size 160x200)bathroom, kitchen, living room and private terrace is very spacious, perfect to enjoy the sun and weather of Istria.On your disposal you have air-condition, Wi-Fi and private parking.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
