Across the street Cobb park has tennis courts, walking path, and playground. There are walking/biking trails nearby. Located one mile from downtown Kankakee for grocery, restaurants and movie theater. 15 minutes from Olivet, KCC, and the Mall.

This private unit is conveniently located on the edge of town, making it easy for quick trips for meals, shopping, etc., and a tranquil time riverside if you choose to walk the lane to the river's edge. This studio is on the second floor and requires using stairs for access. The stairs can be a bit steep for some. 🛝
