Connect with nature at this unforgettable escape in Nashville's backyard. This treehouse is nestled in a Tennessee hardwood forest in a hollow. Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Welcome to our charming log cabin Horseshoe Ridge! It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Horseshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, both of which feature luxurious towel warmers.

Storybook Cottage is just as you would imagine . . . charming and dreamy, the perfect place to get away from your fast-paced world to find the things that matter most. From the painted poplar wood floors and the cathedral ceiling to the sleeping loft, outdoor shower and stacked stone wall, this cottage is one of a kind and is perfect for a romantic getaway, small families, weekend with friends or as an artist / writers retreat. This is the ideal spot for couples, outdoor lovers and those who simply want to recharge from the daily hustle and bustle. We are minutes away from outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, disc golf course, hiking, and much more. We are also a short 30 minute drive to Nashville and Franklin.

Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

Magical in all seasons! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

River Roost

A unique place located minutes from the "Narrows of the Harpeth" State Park. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking. and zip lining all just less than one mile away. If you need more space, check out the "Nest". Just steps away from the "River Roost", a separate private entrance offers a comfy couples space. See our separate listing.
