It is situated in a central, yet peaceful Lapad neighbourhood, well connected with the rest of the town. The place is perfect for someone who wants a quiet location away from crowds and noisy bars and who doesn’t mind the neighbours’ cats visit while relaxing on the terrace in the summer evening.

The island is traffic free which makes it peaceful and quiet. House is only 30 min away by boat from city of Dubrovnik, in an isolated bay, with a small pier and a beach only 20 steps away. New addition this season is AC in the ground floor apartments as well (Kalamota3&4).
