Perfect for large family gatherings and small children. 5 Bedrooms, (K, K BB, K, Q, Q BB BB) a large, well-appointed kitchen, wet bar, pool table, air hockey, Fiber Wi-Fi , 4 TVs with ROKU, DVD players, kayaks and paddle boards, a rowboat, private dock, and fire pit. Welcome to our newly renovated basement apartment that has a private double-door entrance with amenities for self check-in 24/7. There is a beautiful kitchen fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The basement apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed. (The owners live on the top two floors).
