Secluded self-contained annexe facing woods

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, fully stocked kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. Beautifully restored 3 bedroom cottage on quaint, quiet street moments from the high street's bars, restaurants and quirky shops; and just 2 minutes from the sea! Light and airy open planned living and dining space with access to landscaped garden. Modern design with contemporary art and travel books to enjoy. We recently fitted a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for proper cooking and dining. The house has recently been re-decorated and painted.

'Rose-Dene' is a two bedroom bungalow (sleeps 6) in a residential area of Sheppey and has ample parking space at the front with easy access from the road which can be busy at peak periods. At the back of the bungalow you will find a beautiful and extensive garden where you can relax or enjoy a game of table tennis, bar-b -q and in the summer a cream tea.

Sitting room leading into double bedroom with en suite shower in a converted stable at the end of a delightful large garden. So quiet my guests sleep like logs. Continental breakfast in hamper left outside The Stables each morning at pre agreed time. Outdoor secluded area to eat. Travel cot for one infant. Unique!
