"The Land" Large cabin in the woods with WIFI

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. There is a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is an all sports lake, with public access and within a mile from the cabin. Indoor pickleball court 4 miles away!

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Wifi and smart TV will keep you connected. Fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to dine in. Relax in the hot tub in screened in porch. Outdoor Fire pit! Activities within a 10 minute drive: Marquette Trail Golf Club, 76th St Trailhead, the Pere Marquette River, Big Star Lake Boat Launch, and the city of Baldwin

Walk out your front door and use the dock, boat or canoe provided for you. Relax on lg deck, look at lake, sit by the campfire, enjoy hiking or one of the many attractions located nearby. Cabin can be rented individually or as pair for lg family/ friends- "Quack Shack"-approximately 250 yds away

Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
