My place is close to the beach (only 50 meters away). This self-catering, classy superior studio apartment was renovated in April 2018. It is bright, cutting-edge, spacious and comfortable with plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, kiosks, bars, clubs, restaurants and taverns around the complex. You’ll love my place because of its superb location, the views, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for couples, families (with an infant) and solo adventurers. Great value for money!

Monagroulli is a picturesque village found in Limassol District and placed in the East of the town only 15 minutes from its center. The village has approximately 700 residents, most of them working in the town of Limassol, some work in the nearby industries and very few are farmers. Monagroulli is a peaceful village with two local cafes, a grocery/supermarket, a cooperative bank, a children’s playground and two playing fields for football and basketball.
