It’s exclusively yours—no hosts on-site—but please note, it’s a LIVED-IN space, not an exclusive AirBnB rental. While everything is functional and used daily, it may show signs of use. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The studio is within walking distance of top attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful area near a beautiful park and the riverside, perfect for a relaxing stay.

During the summer months you can swim in the river but its cold 17oC. You can park in front of the appartment. Nearest bus stattion is located 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has wonderful high arched ceilings. The main room is very comfortable with two windows facing the loggia. This gives the apartment a unique, slightly hidden character, which offers a quiet retreat right in the lively heart of the old town, yet completely hidden from the bustle of noisy city life. The house is located in the pedestrian zone on the riverside. Sunday mornings there is a market for antiquities in front of the house, turning into a local Christmas market all December.

House built around 1700 represents a historic monument where in 1911 a famous drugstore 'Drogerija Kanc' was founded by my G-G-father. Just 8 km out of Ljubljana city center where city meats nature we placed four beautiful high class houses on a riverbank of Sava. All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!
