Berghütte auf 1000m mit Saunanutzung am Südhang

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

It is part of a house featuring three 2+2 units and a spacious attic for 8, each fully private with its own entrance. We also offer kayaking, rafting, and canyoning tours starting right in front of the house. Close to nature yet steps from local attractions, it’s ideal for families and groups to create unforgettable memories.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

(RNO ID no. 123209) This is a gorgeous cottage in the hills and meadows close to Kranjska Gora. The views to the mountains are superb and and is quite magical up here. The house has a stream running through the property and offers a great outdoor area with sofa and dining table. Two beautiful bedrooms, the one on the top floor has air conditioning. The ground floor bedroom has direct access to the garden and also has a fireplace for winter nights.

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
