Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. Unwind, curl up on the couch, or get a great nights sleep among the trees. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we do not have a kitchen)

5 minutes from downtown Loomis. HWY 80 is 3 minutes away. The 1000sf / 2bd home is new construction. Country setting on a one-acre parcel with the owner's home behind the rental. Large front yard, very private and quiet. Plenty of parking. It is very common for deer to roam through the property. Raley's Market is a 5-minute drive. Walmart Super Store, Bass Pro Sporting Goods, Target, Studio Movie Grill, Cracker Barrel and other restaurants 6 min away. Boreal Ski Resort is 67 miles away.

Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.
