Nestled above the acclaimed Coffee House on 5th – listed among the top 13 must-visit coffee shops in Mississippi – our 1600 & 1000 sq ft lofts both offer a unique blend of history and luxury. The Latte Loft is our 1600 sq ft spacious loft with 1 king bedroom but an additional day & a Lovesac sectional for additional sleepers. (We also have an air mattress in the unit for your use.)

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Conveniently located half way between downtown and the MSU campus, this 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome is the perfect place to land. You can walk everywhere or catch the shuttle just steps away. This completely remodeled townhouse is about 50 yards off University Drive in the heart of the Cotton District with your favorite restaurants and shops minutes away ! Only .4 miles from the MSU Campus!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin was built in 2020 and features a ramp and steps to a screened-in porch complete with glider rockers/table, a kitchen/dining/living room area with two recliners, one being a lift chair, TV/WiFi, laundry area, bathroom with handicapped accessible shower, and a bedroom with a king size bed. Concrete open parking pad for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Perfect for mature guests with lots of amenities provided!

Starkville's Best Kept Secret offers a peaceful cottage on a small lake. We are conveniently located just 5 miles from the MSU campus & downtown Starkville. Our central location provides easy access to major routes, including Hwy 45, which is only 3 miles away. We are just 13 miles from Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, MS and 15 miles from The W in Columbus, MS. The country setting makes you feel secluded from the hustle and bustle. Relax on the front porch or under the gazebo.

Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly home near 45)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.

Come and find a night’s rest in our small cabin just off of Hwy 45 near Brooksville, Ms. It is located 24 miles from Columbus and 27 miles from Starkville Ms. The Ole Country Bakery and Magnolia Market is nearby. The cabin is a motel style room with a queen size bed and separate bathroom with a shower.
