Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a few of weeks in advance and also not for only a Friday or Saturday night.
